The person leading our Client Relations team was really excited to start training in the newest members of our growing team by listening / whispering / barging on their calls. I thought we could do that through our VoIP provider's service, but that service is available only on incoming calls. A supervisor is not able to listen in on / whisper on / barge in on outgoing calls.
I know there are a few things we've been able to do as a function on the Polycom phone, not of the VoIP service and I'm hoping this is one of them, but I haven't been able to find that path yet. Any ideas?
