Hello,
I have followed the article located at http://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP/FAQ-Using-Enhanced-Feature-Keys-EFK-macros-to-change-softkey/td-p/6544
Does Barge In function work with Skype for Business? If so, what will be the macro code for BargeIn key in this case?
My understanding is that shared line appearance does allow barge in funtion as per page 129 of uc_admin_550 guide.
Has someone tried it? Will the code below work on the phone that is part of Skype SLA for barge in?
feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1"
softkey.1.action="$FBargeIn$"
softkey.1.enable="1"
softkey.1.label="Barge In"
Thanks,
Paul
