Hi,
Recently upgraded the VVX phones to 5.5.1 and ever since we have a strange issue happening.
Whenever a phone in the office receives a call all the other phones start ringing as well.
On the main display, it shows the info and whoever originally is receiving the call with Pickup and Ignore buttons.
However, you can Pickup the call, when you do it hangs up and keeps ringing when the handset is back on the phone (if the original caller hasn't picked up the phone already).
I have rolled all the phones back to 5.2.5 and performed a Factory restore and enter only the main SIP line info.
This seems to have fixed the issue on some phone but not the others.
Has anyone come across this issue or have any ideas on what might be causing this?
