Was hoping someone on here may have seen an issue like this. We're using a hosted PBX Service and have deployed VVX410's with firmware version 5.0.0.6874 (firmware is controlled by our vendor). We're running into a strange issue where if two people within our company call each other on Speakerphone, there is about a six second delay until either side can hear each other. After that delay the call works perfectly.
We've been able to reproduce this issue relatively consistently, but it does not happen with every call. The issue doesn't present if either side uses their handset rather than the speaker and only seems to present with VVX 410 to VVX 410 calls (calls to conference room phones don't seem to exhibit the same behavior).
Does anyone have any thoughts on what may be happening?
Any ideas you all may have are appreciated as our vendor is ignoring the issue.
