Contact directory is being removed when the Polycom VVX411 is restarted

The users save contacts to the directory, on the old provider, the phones will keep this list when they are restarted. However we have recently moved the phones to another provider and the contact directory is removed whenever the phones are restarted. The new provider say that this shouldn't be happening.

Any ideas on what may be causing this.
