Hello, we have enabled Call Forwarding to an outside number (cell phone) when there is no answer after 4 rings. However, the calls are not being sent to this outside number and clients are unable to reach us when we are not in the office. On the display screen in the upper right, it is flashing the "call forwarding" icon along with "Fwd:" followed by the phone number that we would like to forward calls to, and I did verify that the "Forwarding Type" for "No Answer" is Enabled.
