Busy lamp field call information from other lines

Hi,

I have a polycom VVX411 and the busy lamp fields shown are working fine, I can pickup calls and see statuses etc, but I can't see any information about who is calling the busy lamp field lines. On other phones in my organisation calls going through to other people/lines will appear showing who is being called and by who.

This means every time I pick up a call I'm doing so blindly and aren't sure whether the call is internal or not, or from a hunt group etc.

I can't see any settings on the phone that would address this - does anyone have any suggestions?
