VVX 311 Authentication Error

I have a user who has a VVX 311 PoE at her desk. She reached out to IT letting us know that she could no longer look at her missed, placed, or received calls and that when she did she was met with an Authentication Error. 

I tried settings>basics>restart, settings>advanced>reboot, and unplugged/re-plugged the PoE cord all to no avail. 

I am at a standstill with this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
