We recently migrated from an older FreePBX phone system to Vonage and replaced phones with the VVX411.
We are having intermittent issues with dropped calls, inbound going straight to voicemail after 1/2 ring...no quality issues...no dial tone issues....
We have configured our firewall per Vonage recommendations but still having issues. I have the following in logs on our phones...can anyone tell me if this is an issue ?
I also attached a jpg used in Vonage troubleshooting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are getting minimal assistance from Vonage and our firewall support team is also about to throw up their hands..
