Line Usage

We have the POLYCOM VVX 410/411.

We have multiple people in different offices answer the incoming phone calls. Is it possible to see if someone is already on the phone (or a line is being used)?

For our previous out of date phones, you could see which lines were being used and that people were on the phone.
