Incoming Calls- Local Directory Lookup Not working - VVX401 - 5.5.1 / 5.4.4 SIP

Hi,

We have got a new batch of VVX401 phones on Base Profile : Generic on firmware 5.4.4 or 5.5.1. We have got an Entry (My mobile number with my Name) in Contact Directory . When an incoming call caomes in, i expect my name to be presented instead of number. But this is not working.

This is on Broadworks Platform R21.Sp1

I am aware you dont need up.useDirectoryNames for these firmware versions. But i tried it as well for testing with no joy.

I tried both the above firmware in VVX400 and it works fine.  

Are there any known issues on 401/411.

I checked "http://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP/FAQ-How-can-I-create-a-local-directory-or-what-is-the/td-p/8216" and set the logs as below.

• Support Object Log level to event 3
• Database log level to event 1
• Configuration to event 1

In my log file, I can see the below

Any help would be much appreciated. I have attached my pbu file.
